Metal Fabrication Capabilities

CNC Press Brakes

Our fabrication facility is equipped with a complete range of press brakes, from 150 ton to 750 ton, that have the capability to form material up to 1/2" thick and 24'. Each has a controlled back gauge for repeatability and preciseness of bends.

Laser, Burning and High Definition Plasma Metal Cutting Tables

Sureway Metal uses laser, burning and high definition plasma cutting tables for use in any metal fabrication.

Laser table:

The Tanaka laser table can cut steel plate up to 10’ X 80’ as well as stainless steel and aluminum. With its 16 program CAD/CAM capability the laser provides exceptional metal cutting capabilities for intricate cuts/shapes.

Burning table:

With 8 computerized cutting torches. Each burning table can cut steel plate 6" thick up to 10' x 24'. The burning tables have the capability to cut multiple components and parts applicable to the oilfield, agricultural, building industries and more.

Plasma table:

The plasma table has the capability to cut plate up to 10’ by 24’, it can generate precise cuts with steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

Shears

The Sureway Metal fabrication facility is equipped with shears which can cut metal materials 10’ in length and up to 1/4” thick.

Band Saw

Our band saw has automated feed capabilities that allow for a variety of material to be cut to desired lengths, including steel pipe, stainless steel tubing, aluminum rolled sheet metal rounds, etc.

Ironworker

The ironworker used in the Sureway Metal fabrication facility has the capability to cut flat bar, angle, round bar and square bar. Punching capabilities up to 110 tonne and material 1” through 1 5/16”.
